Project Steps
Robsen and dealer conduct a project kick-off meeting. If needed, a separate meeting with the end customer (manufacturer) is arranged.
Technical data is collected from the manufacturer. See the TECH DATA REQUEST tab for the standard list of required information. Note: additional questions may arise during the project.
Robsen prepares a project-specific budget quote based on confirmed technical data.
Quote is presented. Technical teams review scope, layout, and timeline jointly.
For multi-machine or complex projects, Robsen provides a Roboguide simulation to validate cycle time and robot reach. Technical specification and contract drafting follows.
Signed contract + advance payment → project code assigned → project handed over to Robsen project team.
Caveats
IROCUBE is a product family, but every project is custom-engineered. Manufacturer-specific data (machine type, part geometry, cycle time, layout) can influence the final price. After collecting basic technical data (see TECH DATA REQUEST tab), always contact Robsen to confirm the price before presenting to the end customer.
Every IROCUBE project is custom-engineered. Prices vary by part complexity, machine interface, number of part types, and selected options. Do NOT commit to a fixed price without a Robsen project quote.
