Automatic EOAT changer for Op10/Op20 multi-operation parts. Robot switches gripper fingers without operator intervention.

Robotic deburring with one spindle. Acceptance criteria must be defined in writing by customer. Part-specific tooling.

Parts rinsed after machining — removes cutting oil before output conveyor. Targets surface oil contamination. Not a full wash cycle.

Rinse + compressed air drying step. Ensures dry, clean parts on output conveyor.

1st part type fingers included in base price. Each additional part type requires a new set.

When the robot picks a part from the conveyor and needs to load it in a specific orientation, it passes the part in front of this camera to determine orientation before loading.
